Doctor Who; Series 6

Sometimes, after watching some really sad or happy ten/Rose episodes then some river/eleven ones, I sometimes think that the doctor moved on way to quickly. I mean, I know when he regenerates he is a knew man and all but ten just loved Rose so much and sometimes it just doesn’t seem realistic or something. Not saying I don’t like eleven/ river, quite the opposite, I just think they could of waited a bit longer to put river so strongly in the plot line.
